In addition to hotel properties, we are able to book private homes and villas. We are also able advise on group transportation, special experiences and other in-home amenities such as private chefs, provisioning etc.

We do not require a minimum budget to work with our custom travel services.

The planning process begins during our complimentary consultation where we learn more about your trip goals and align on expectations and budgets. 

We can begin the planning process whenever you are ready. Generally, the more time that we have means that we will have first access to the best hotels, restaurants and activities.

We do know that schedules & hours do change, so we constantly check to confirm that you depart with the most accurate information.

We can also accommodate last-minute trips, even if you are looking for a getaway next weekend!

We offer three tiers of service beginning at $75, $250 and $350+

During our complimentary consultation we learn more about your travel style, needs and budget which allows us to advise on the tier that might be best for you before we begin the planning process.

We are able to assist in planning your race weekend for any weekend on the calendar.

Due to the unique nature of air travel, we do not offer to book flights for our clients however we are happy to advise on routes and schedules. 

On the ground , we are able to book car transfers, train transfers, ferry tickets etc. 

Cancellation policies will vary from partner to partner. These policies will be clearly shared with you during our booking and planning process.

The OTTR planning fee is non-refundable. If you choose cancel and decide to rebook the trip at a later date a $75 administrative fee will be incurred.

We always recommend that all of our guests protect their trip with travel insurance and are able to help secure this on their behalf.

Yes! During the booking process we build your travel profile where we track all of your loyalty program accounts.

These will be applied to all your applicable reservations & bookings.

We do our best to secure the best amenities on your behalf and will advise which properties may be more generous.

The OTTR planning fee can be paid by credit card or wire transfer.

To secure your bookings, we require that a credit card is kept on file. Depending on the property, a deposit may be required or payment will be taken at the check-in.

We will always require your authorization before any transactions are made on your behalf.
