Formula 1 Exhibition Review
Earlier this year, I was invited to attend the opening of the second tour stop of the F1 Exhibition in Vienna which showcases the past, present, and future of Formula One. Here is what to expect when you visit the exhibition and my review of the experience.
When you arrive at the exhibition, you are given a headset that serves as an interactive audio guide.
The exhibition consists of different thematic rooms that take you through the history of the sport, highlights drivers and their rivalries, showcases the changes and advancements in engineering, and the process by which teams design their own cars.
The Vienna exhibition also displayed Max Verstappen’s championship winning livery and also featured a special room dedicated to the history of the iconic Red Bull ring, located in nearby Spielberg. Another thematic room displayed Romain Grosjean's car, which he famously escaped unscathed during a fiery crash in Bahrain that left his car almost indistinguishable.
This exhibition was informative, exciting and of course inspiring, a must stop for any motorsport fan.
The exhibition continues to run in Vienna and will head to Toronto for the third international tour stop. Tickets begin at 24.90€ and should be reserved online in advance at the F1 Exhibition Website.
